Come to the appointment with detangled hair. Don’t use any hair products including oils, leave-in conditioners, styling products before appointment. Dye your hair prior to appointment, we colour match your extensions to the colour you show us. Book a consultation if you are a first time client or want to switch your extension type.

After: Depending on the hair extension type, glued extensions will need 48 hours to dry before washing. You will need to factor in more time to wash, dry and style your longer thicker hair. While showering you’ll need to properly section your hair to ensure you clean and rinse it well. Do not let your hair extensions air dry. Never sleep with wet extensions. You may notice your head feels heavier or a tender scalp for the first few days while hair settles. Your extensions will blend better after your first wash. Hair extensions usually require different hair products. Avoid products with silicone. Use a shower cap to avoid getting your hair wet as often. Use silk scrunchies, hair caps, pillowcases to avoid pulling, friction, and tugging on hair. Schedule your maintenance appointments every 6-8 weeks.
