No Refunds - Exchange Only: Products may be exchanged within a 2 week time frame.
Services may be exchanged or transferred toward a credit.
A non-refundable deposit is required to hold your timeslot.
If you cancel/reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment you will be charged half of your appointment cost.
If you no show the full amount of the appointment will be charged.
A separate adult must be present to take care of your child if they are at your appointment. You, your child’s and my safety are priorities.
Children under 18 will need to have parental consent for services.
If an appointment is canceled by me due to severe weather, your appointment will be rescheduled in the next available timeslot.
